What we collect

When you create an account and use Grantentic, we collect the information you provide directly:

• - Account information: username and email address
• - Company information: company name, industry, location, and founding year
• - Technology description: your problem statement, solution, and focus area
• - Team information: names, roles, and qualifications of key personnel

How we use it

Your information is used solely to generate grant proposals through our AI system. We send your company and technology details to the Claude AI API (operated by Anthropic) to produce tailored proposal sections. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

Who we share it with

We share your data with two service providers, and no one else:

• - Anthropic (Claude AI API) receives your company information during proposal generation to produce the text content.
• - Stripe processes payment transactions. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we do not store credit card numbers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party.

How long we keep it

We retain your account data, company information, and generated proposals until you request deletion. You can request deletion at any time.

How to delete your data

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, send an email to info@grantentic.us with the subject line "Delete My Data". Include the username or email address associated with your account. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving the request and confirm by email when complete.

We do not sell your data

Grantentic does not sell personal information or company data to third parties, and we never will. Your information exists in our system for one reason: to help you write better grant proposals.
